Any asbestos encountered must be removed by the purchaser in accordance with legislation and safety regulations governing its removal. In the interests of safety, certain lots will not be available for immediate delivery. The auctioneer and/or vendor reserve the right to dismiss from the site any person who fails to observe safety codes or does not comply with requirements of the engineer/supervisor.
